Zeeba Fashion’s Return And Exchange Policy:
- There might be slight variation in color, texture,or finish. So these are not considered as flaws. You can exchange in the unlikely situation in which we have sent you a defective item.
- Only items with defects can be returned and exchanged if informed within 24 hours of delivery via email at [email protected] or through phone on +917003468781. For this a video of parcel opening is required. You can WhatsApp us for more details.
- The product should reach us within 10 days from date of delivery on our return address that we will send you via email. The pickup of which will be arranged from our side. Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange.
- Return cost will be borne by the customer except when a return is happening due to error on our part in case of a damaged/defective item.
- Terms and Conditions of Returns & Refund:
-The return is possible only when you receive a defective Item.
-Only items with intact tags, original packing and original invoice can be exchanged.
-The cost of your purchase is refundable to your zeeba wallet* only if all the above conditions are met.
-The courier cost of return will be borne by us.
-After receiving the product we will initiate a refund to your “MY WALLET” which can be used for buying another product.
-Courier Cost of Sending replacement for wrong or defective is Free.
Cancellation of Order by ZEEBA FASHION:
Zeeba Fashion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded (as per refunds policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.
