Return Policy

EXCHANGE:

Any product bought from Zeeba Fashion online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver an incorrect order or the product is faulty). 

(Note: ORIGINAL PAKISTANI SUITS WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AS THEY ARE PROCURED ON ORDER BASIS FROM THE MANUFACTURERS/ BRANDS.)

Exchange Policy is only liable within 24 hours after the goods are delivered.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

Zeeba Fashion does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged. In that scenario you can contact us by emailing us at info@zeebafashion.co.in or call us at +917003468781 along with your order number within 24 hours of delivery for us to schedule the right one for you.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the buyers. However, Zeeba Fashion has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
